Get over the fear for boots?

Ok so today I have decided that I will get over my fears with the horse by bribes. If I can just let go and ride I will get myself a new pair of snazzy cowgirl boots . Here are a few I have my eye on.

Ellie Fu's bday party and a horse show!

Up early today out the door by 7 to meet Mike and GiGi. Down to Dallas for a show. Sky spent 35.00 on who knows what ....food and horse stuff. Gianna did great as always and Sky got to hold a small lap dog all afternoon and was in heaven. Fly home pick up a My Little Pony cake for Mizz Fu and TADA a party is waiting for us. Only 5 more days of school then Mike and Gianna are really going to teach me how to ride a horse and I swear I will get over my canter fear.

Please learn some manners so you can come home

Lakota Blue Spirit a big big dummy. He thinks he can just run over anyone in his way. He had to take a small vacation to the trainers farm to get some ground manners put on him before he trampled one of us geen horse owners. We go visit every night he is getting much better. Keep ya posted.

A Kodak Moment

Silly pony don't worry nothing is going to eat you!

Bo

Oh Bo you were a good guy. We miss you but isn't the point of having ahorse being able to ride it?

I got a horse now what do I do?

We have survived almost one year with the horses. Let me back up a bit to tell you how this all happened. Sky decided she wanted to take some lessons and some lessons turned into us getting a horse. Well...that horse needed a friend and this is how the story begins. Our first horse Bo was an old timer he was good to learn how to groom and feed but he didn't like the whole let me get on your back and ride you thing so he was sold to a wonderful woman who just wanted a pet. Bo needed a friend when he was here and the woman Sky was doing lessons with needed a home for a young gelding she had who could no longer jump but was full of spunk. So "A Kodak Moment " came to live with us. He is a super cute pony who thinks everything may eat him but we are getting there. In Jan. we bought "Lakota Blue Spirit" a Buckskin gelding who has NOOOO ground manners so right now he is living with our trianer. Ok so thats a bit of the story.
