Update on Lakota

Well haven't posted much becasue of RAIN!!!! It has rained almost every day of summer vacation so far. Yesterday it wasn't raining but our paddock is so muddy couldn't even get on to ride Mr. Kodak. I am sure he is pretty happy just munchin the green grass. Sky and I have been doing some groundwork (trainer watching) with Lakota. We miss him so much but WOW what a different horse he is. He still has a stud chain on but he respects the chain finally and doen't just push us over and go do what he wants to do. He is much better and if we can get a few more rides on him he can finally come home!!

    That'll be so exciting when Lakota can come home!
    My sun went away for a few days, now it is back in full force today, but looks like it won't last long. Back to rain tomorrow! Ugh!

    I know rain rain rain. I hope he can be here soon. He has done a total 180! He is so much better on the ground. He totally invaded our space he was ONTOP of us when we tried to lead him.
